Three and a half mile walk down the country lanes today. Three and a half mile run in the opposite direction yesterday. 

I'm pleased the weather has improved but it's going to be a long worrying week or two. My sister and her partner have caught Covid 19 and they are not very well at all. At least she isn't on her own and the two of them can keep an eye on each other. 

My sister works in a nursing home and the virus is spreading through staff and residents.
