On Dry Land...for now
I'd forgotten about this jigsaw but I found it upstairs the day before Frank's birthday 2 weeks ago when I was looking for something else. I gave it to him as an extra. I was supposed to be helping him do it but as it's an evening activity I'm too tired.
(I keep getting up at 5am!)
It's been a beautiful, warm, sunny day today so we've been outside. I've got all the seeds sown now - Lettuce, carrots, leeks, more tomatoes, courgette, chives, broad beans and runner beans.
Frank cleared the end bit of the garden and levelled it ready for whatever we decide to do with it.
Boris seems to be doing OK even though he's in ICU. At least he didn't need to be put on a ventilator. I still can't imagine he's fit enough to be running things from his hospital bed. Even normal flu is so debilitating you couldn't work, all you'd want to do is sleep.
I've seen patients on the news and they can barely speak.
The young mum - a nurse - across the road offered to get us some shopping, she said she can add it onto her online shop which will be delivered at the weekend.
All our neighbours are so kind :-)
Stay well everyone x
