Roadside

Our roads are relatively quiet at the moment but someone seems to have not been as careful as they might.  It was relatively young and according to a dog walking neighbour it was there yesterday.  At least our walk ended with potential new life as we spotted two Peacock butterflies on our way home. 
We chose to walk up to Thurgoland so I could collect my prescription.  Unfortunately the surgery was keeping different hours to normal and it was closed until 1.30pm!  (Now I’ll have to take the car.). We were able to call in the Village Store on our way past - not buying too many things as it all had to be carried home.
