I had to go to the doctors for my B12 jab this morning and slowly made my way down the seafront yo get home it was nice and peaceful

Also went though the park and every thing is cordoned off

Have done a bit more puzzle and are waiting for FaceTime with Keith that did not happen yesterday as he went to sleep x
