Into the Barrel!

The time has come to syphon the brew into the barrel. I've taken a reading with the hydrometer and along with the reading at the start of the fermentation, a quick calculation (on the Internet) gives an alcohol content of 5.4%. Quite healthy! Now I've just got to wait 2 weeks to sample the end result. Fingers crossed, no explosions!
