The taped markings on the floor of our local supermarket are no more.

For the second week running, treated ourselves to some beer delivered from the Dog and Bell in Deptford. Also ordered a pizza delivery to try to make another Saturday night stuck indoors bearable.

Watched The Glenn Miller Story (still one of my favourite films), and then Payback (based on Richard Stark's The Hunter), starring Mel Gibson (Parker, the anti-hero of Stark's series of pulp fiction novels, is renamed Porter in the film).
