Blue sky and blossom..

There was a slight drizzle in the air at the start of my run this morning but then the sun came out. I had to go back to capture the blossom which will be over all too quickly.

A good day really, strange as they are now, and reminded again how blessed we are and never taking that for granted. We have a garden and a home that offers space should we need it. Many are less fortunate and it is often they who suffer most, in health, wealth and justice. Thinking of them so often throughout each day. Praying too.

And this evening we’ve prayed for our Prime Minister, that he might overcome this awful virus, supported by our wonderful doctors and nurses. A very moving and sobering report on the news tonight from the Intensive Care Unit inside St Thomas’ hospital.
