Marsh marigold.

The pond this morning was alive with frogs and toads this morning. There was a rotating mass of toads and several frogs leaping on each other. They clearly enjoyed the milder weather and early morning drizzle. And the few daffodils I have nearly the house were enhanced by drops of rain.  But then it cleared and we had a reasonable day (apart from lockdown)
My clump of marsh marigolds are just coming into flower. Such a cheerful vibrant flower and early sign of spring.
