Bursting forth!

I think this amaryllis is now at it's peak...altho there seems to be 2 extra flower bulbs, i've only ever had one with 4 flowers....maybe this one is just a bit more outrageous!

Well, today i turned 68.....and i'm so used to being on the beaches of Cuba on my birthday, that it just doesn't feel right!!!   Oh well, everything is just fine.....had a trip to the Co-op, and enjoyed a bit of social distancing chit chat with folks....and decided to treat myself to some ice cream for this evening ..... no point in having a cake for just the 2 of us, and it would be pretty challenging to have cake here for the next week or so!!!  

Off to do some painting on this very grey and chilly day here!
