Haggis, Neeps & Tatties
I hosted Burns Night Dinner Club (so I had to cook the main)
John was on starters - we had cheese & oatcakes
My main was a home-made Haggis & Beef burger, served with a slice of beef tomato, lettuce & red onion on a toasted bun (toasted with a splash of worcester sauce). In the tartan cup were home-baked chips (made from potatoes and neeps) and it was a bbq whiskey sauce in the small container.
Graeme did dessert - a delicious white chocolate cheesecake, on an amazing base. Not everybody had a bit - there was a bit left... it's in the fridge...
So, in short, we had ALL the noms.
