Somewhere, in an obscure corner of my imagination, James Bigglesworth DSO MC and his cousin the Hon. Algernon Montgomery Lacey are on patrol in their Sopwith Camels over the Eastern desert. Suddenly, they spot Manfred von Richthofen, the Red Baron, in his Fokker Dr.I., flying far below them.
