Reflections at sunset on Day Twelve

Today I chaired a Zoom meeting of the consultants in our services. Partly because it was a meeting by Zoom, and partly because many had things they wanted answers to, there was the best attendance of any meeting since I've been in this job. There were gripes and complaints and fears expressed. Often expressed as demands to be allowed to work from home. Real fears that our plans will "burst their bubbles". 

Given time to vent, they calmed and we ended up problem solving a number of issues. These are doctors who have not previously had to face the possibility they might get sick and die as a result of their job.

Maybe this lovely albeit reflected sunset may be a foreteller of a good future.
