"Amaryllis survives"

Amazingly the amaryllis survived and bloomed beautifully, dad has wondered at its resilience and sung to it all week. Mum says its nice, she always feels that plants should be in the garden, never in vases as they last so much longer out there. I told her its snowed outside, don't think she believed me :))
