The Open Road

Trying to build some strength and stamina back up, particularly in my lungs now I know I'm not going to be getting an operation or any treatment any time soon to improve matters - I'm just going to have to make some self improvements. Its lovely to be running my old haunts again ( albeit much much slower) and although I haven't quite made it to the Wrekin yet it is within my sights at least.
