Wood frog

These little guys come out as soon as the ice leaves the pond. They croak all day but as soon as you near the pond they dive under. I snuck up very quietly to grab this shot before he scooted away. In a few days the pond will be full of eggs and the frogs will have moved on. Wood frogs.
