Been there

I was knackered from the night before.
Something disturbed my sleep and I was rather sleepless.
Long hot shower and online yoga with Tony helped a bit with the energy.

Helena decluttered her almost forgotten wardrobe and now she has more space for more clutter. 3 bags worth of clothes goes for the needy ones.
We watched some documentary about Lil Peep, an American rapper who unfortunately died at 21. Helena loves his music and his lyrics.
I found out we have something in common with Gus (Lil Peep) - Bipolar and  I find this young lad somehow inspiring and sad he was self destructive more than creative.
