William's Birthday

William next door is 15 today. His party had been cancelled much to his disappointment. Instead his mum organised a community singing of Happy Birthday. We all came out into our front gardens or hung out of bedroom windows as he was presented with a cake. This cheered him up and gave him a birthday to remember. Hopefully he'll never have another one like it.
