Good advice

Had a top day in London. Met up with Mary's family to celebrate her dads 80th bday. Sat through ENO production of The Mikado. Feel like I need a medal or some therapy not sure which. It was pretty interminable, but they all enjoyed it.
Saw this on a bin. Thought it was good.
