We walked six miles from the house today. Probably the maximum permitted distance, although we took a little longer than our permitted hour, and saw relatively few people. Everyone we did pass socially distanced as has become the new norm. This discarded pack on the way to Duddingston village reminded me of one of the many fake news stories about the virus doing the rounds at the moment.
