Elements I

There was a large complex called "Elements" which had stores and I'm not sure what all inside.  The building was about 111 stories tall and there was a 360 degree observation deck on floor 100.  I also heard there was a rooftop bar with a great full circle view too, but didn't get up there.  The designs in this building were ultra modern urban.
