Fresh air

Annemarie and I went on a short bike ride, mainly to loosen my back.
I'm still bothered by this nasty back ache. In my opinion that has taken long enough now, but I do not notice any improvement yet.

The rest of the day I've been working and also spent some time editing photos from my archive with new methods.
