Trying new things ...

Ben’s really getting into some serious bread making. And today he not only made bread but attempted making naan bread (flat Indian bread).

And here is his finished product. He had kneaded and proved the dough overnight, and then cooked it today. They turned out really well and we were thrilled to have had homemade naan!

Neither of us three sisters have been brought up making roti/chappathis, we always bought fresh or had pita bread growing up, so I am proud of and super impressed with Ben’s abilities.
