Crossword and coffee and reading before it was time to get back in the saddle once more for a further burst of indoor cycling. Killer soundtrack today, it really was. And when I hit a certain track at the 26 minute mark I couldn't help but up the pace a bit and just try and hang on 'til the end. I did, more or less.
