First attempt!

I decided it was time that I tried my hand at making wheaten bread - a traditional Northern Ireland bread. You can make a version that is baked in the oven, but we like a wheaten farl, so this is my first attempt. I hope it tastes as good as it looks! It is very easy to make, so if all tastes as it should, there will be more :-)
