Le Kettle Bell

I am up early to throw this thing about. Thank goodness for Michèle who has put her classes on line. It will set me up for a day and help me keep up beat.
I’m determined not to be a house slave this weekend. It seems now that I am not working I am a one parent house Frau that does nothing other than cook,clean wash up and home school . Where is husband when he is not working? He is holed up with his DIY projects , unshackled from any day to day chores.
Am I feeling sorry for myself ! Yep. I miss my job and realise how much of my mind and spirit is attached to it. So this coming week I’m going to spend some time on it even if I have no patients.
