Mister Goldfinch

It’s quiet here at the homestead. The overcast, windy and drizzly weather was not very inviting for venturing outside of the house, other than to fill up a few bird feeders and placing a handful of peanuts in the green pottery dish. Not even the bluejays made an appearance, meaning the squirrels found the shelled treasures all for themselves and their families. The boys lazed about in their favored spots while the lioness played the in and out game for most of the day. Just a typical pandemic kind of Friday here. All healthy and accounted for.
