Erysimum with bokeh (FF3_2020)
I spent much of this morning faffing about with some old nails we pulled out of the skirting boards making a cross of nails for the church art project and then photographing the result. I'm not convinced, but at least the curate now has a choice of images to use. Sadly, it won't be possible to show the art works in the church over Easter so she is intending to set them up on stands and run us a short video so people can see the series together. Hopefully they can be displayed once the restrictions are lifted and we can see them together as intended.
Gill and I had an hour out on the bikes this afternoon, which basically served to confirm how unfit I have become over the winter! Gill took her electrified Thorn Sherpa and embarrassed me up most of the hills :-) At least my Fitbit recognised it as a bike ride, it showed digging in the garden as sport a couple of days back.
A quick trip around the garden for a Flower Friday blip and I liked this erysimum which Gill has growing next to the path. I hadn't realised the old Sigma macro lens I have gives this nice bokeh background so that's a positive to take into the weekend.
Thanks to Biker Bear for hosting, and to all of you for the visits to my journal and the awards :-)
