Windflower

Mum always called them windflowers rather than wood anenomes. I love the flash of lilac on the reverse of the petals (see extra).

Worked this morning then a lovely walk through the woods from home and back to do an hour of yoga and stretches.
Now just waiting for some Gobi Aloo to cook!
Picking up a 2hr care call tomorrow as we are getting short staffed and I am happy to pick up the slack.
Lovely street clap/drum/ cheer last night. Two of my neighbour's play in a Samba band so they drummed on their drive.
