Better than Christmas

The delivery man arrived this morning with some bread flour and a special bowl for rising. This would be good bread flour anyway but today it felt better than Christmas as you cannot find flour in the shops here.

I went for a walk and although it feels cold it did feel spring like and the blackthorn was in bloom, see extra

I also organised to pick up a veg order tomorrow and couldn't help but put two pullets in with the order so I have been reorganising the chicken pen to make a small separate area. I am sure the fighting and misbehaving will begin again.
