Flowery thing

Don’t know what this is, It popped up at the bottom of the garden a couple of years ago, but it’s pretty. so it gets to stay. That part of the garden is far enough away that it’s pretty much ignored / a deliberate wildlife habitat anyway.
Have to say I am loving the fact that my lunch time stroll can now be spent mooching around the garden with a cuppa rather than in the city on one of the most polluted streets in the NW.
