Brightening up

More housework this morning, then I potted on the cucumber seeds that have come through.

This afternoon I took a solitary walk through the woods, at my own pace, whilst JJ did a bit of work in the parkland, which is rapidly being overtaken by brambles and nettles.  Some of the fruit trees are inaccessible and the community will probably need them come September.

The bluebells are gradually coming out and the wood anemones are plentiful and look good carpeted with the primroses.

The number of positive cases of Covid-19 has risen to 72 in Bedford, up 12 from yesterday.
