Notes: Cold misty day turning to ice and later to light snow. Only got a light dusting by the end of the day but decided not to run out and pick up the new microwave. Did some more online Reiki coursework and read more of The Plant Paradox. Made a green smoothie with celery, apple, greens and lemon - turned out good in the Vitamix!
