Backblip

I blew the tyres up on my bike the other day. I've been meaning to get it repaired over the winter as there's something catching on it since it had a bang last year. I thought I'd be able to use it even so. Forced myself to get motivated for a ride today and found the tyre was flat again, obviously it does have a puncture! I don't know how to fix it. 

My secretary offered me her spare bike last week so I took up the offer today and she brought it round in the car. All I need to do tomorrow is get the seat and handle bars set to my height and the tyres blown up.
