Back to the usual Saturday morning routine. I took Finlay to rugby and then to swimming where we had a major breakthrough. Finlay decided that he finally believed me when I said that his armbands would keep him afloat without having to retain his death-grip of my arm.

As a reward we took the boys for lunch and then a visit to toys-r-us where Finlay got a new game. The rest of the afternoon was spent mucking about in the house while Susie tutted disapprovingly at the boys and I wrestling each other on the floor. They both love a bit of rough and tumble and Susie is always worried that one of us (well them really) will end up hurt. Unfortunately it's the only way boys learn!
