More of my Mothers Day flowers

......this was one shot of my wilting bouquet, spliced and diced into a sort of collage!

Jetwashing rained off today......tomorrows the day, the forecast is dry most of the day!

Slept well last night, the usual lazy rising......late breakfast then led to a late lunch!
Finished off the homemade chicken and sweetcorn soup, with a roast pork sandwich.

The afternoon was taken up with window cleaning and a good spring clean of the lounge and dining room. Hub was doing some admin stuff on the laptop upstairs.

We reconvened for the 5pm conference....I though Matt Hancock was impressive again, especially after his illness....and he was on Question Time later too! As the conference was almost an hour and a half, our planned video conference trivial pursuit game with daughter and Emily ended up postponed until tomorrow.

Dinner to ight was a simple affair, piri piri chicken thighs, jacket potato and a mixed salad...... not too much on tv tonight......we have just finished watching The Lion King, which was really good......still prefer the original though ;-))

We did stand at the front door at 8pm with all our neighbours, to show our appreciation to all those who are going the extra miles when they are needed <3
