Hendon Beach

It's hard to believe that this industrial landscape was once a pleasant pleasure beach. There are photographs of it with bathing machines on the beach and yachts in the sea. You can see the image here https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/4869562. It is now part of the coastal path and has had a bit of a clean up. There is still loads of broken glass there. People walk their dogs there and I don't know how the dogs feet are not cut to ribbons.
