THEATRE TRIP

Challenge today was to make focaccia with Chef O...,honestly you’d think I’d never been in a kitchen before...his instructions were hysterical
now I’ll show you how to combine the ingredients

I didn’t murder him but played along...it kept him off the computer and it was nice to spend the time together.
Despite him smashing yet another piece of crockery we made a delicious bread. ( I might deliver a piece somewhere tomorrow, although the neighbours have already had some after a request:)))) )
He made a delicious lasagna for dinner too. We are eating well in isolation.

Then this evening was a theatre trip with Mum...in the front room... she was watching via FaceTime on the laptop!!! For a small donation we had the best seats in the house to see One man, Two Guvnors. It was very funny and worth watching.....youtube....running for a week. Although Mum was not happy with the lack of interval refreshments.
It was interrupted briefly for our cheering for NHS and carers.
