Main meal

Self isolation has changed my routine here and there even though I have lived alone for 3 years.   I find I'm sleeping an extra hour in the morning, having a light breakfast, then a main meal  around 2.30pm and a small snack for dinner at 8pm.    Bed at 11.30pm, awake at 3 for up to an hour, then back to sleep until 8am.     Not sure if the 3am stint is a good thing but  that's what is happening.  My blip is a typical main meal with fresh raw food and ancient grains & the protein segment is either ham, chicken or salmon.   Breakfast is cereal with nuts & fruit + I admit to also having a sweet treat somewhere in the day .
I'm sure this is fascinating to all! The truth is I got stuck for a blip!
