How quickly we get used to the new routine. Walks planned to last an hour, door to door instead of starting from a carpark in a picturesque spot. It was chillier today , actually got hailed on.

Funny old day. My cousin was cremated today, he took his own life nearly 4 weeks ago, the ceremony was minimal, 9 family members behind closed doors. Clinical depression is the worst, but I take comfort in the fact he didn't have to face these times. He would have played out worst case scenarios in his tortured mind. So we say goodbye. Sleep tight, you wonderful, kind, funny human being. You leave behind a family who are such a credit to you. X
