Lockdown Day 10 - Weeping Willow
L had to go in to the hospital today, helping to train some of the new volunteers how to make beds with ‘hospital corners’.
I took advantage and joined her so I could walk back home, rather than the more recent circular routes. For most of the walk it was sunny, with just a brief shower to freshen up the air. The weeping willows that are often found along canals have just started to come into leaf, making a lovely foil to the sky.
We stood outside tonight to join in with the street clapping for all of the wonderful people doing so much for our communities. Someone on the estate was also letting off fireworks.
