Starter for (day) 10

Lockdown Day 10: my new pet - a living and breathing pot of “fermented flour and water, containing a colony of microorganisms including wild yeast and lactobacilli” (thanks Wiki). My sourdough starter is three days in and bubbling away nicely.

We did a family video call tonight, to catch up with everyone face to face. Nice to see everyone.
