Some lock-down reading.

Not getting out and about as we used to, I have been catching up on some reading. 
Rory Stewart’s book recounts his epic walk through Afghanistan- in winter! A member of the Special Forces described this as “****ing mad”, sounds like high praise from these guys!
The other book, “Happy. Odyssey “ is an autobiography of an extremely lucky man indeed., a highly decorated soldier with numerous connections throughout pre-war Europe. Real “Boys Own” stuff!
Chilly and very breezy here today but we still managed a good long walk with Chloe and some good ball throwing in the garden later to (try and) tire her out. I swear we  are all losing weight.
