Evening run

A long day at work meant that it was quite a struggle to convince myself to stay away from the sofa and do my 3 mile run.

As always, the thought was worse than the deed and I felt great afterwards. The Sakura is blossoming:) let’s hope they survive this weeks rain forecast.
