Pudding for tea

Day 8 of Lockdown
Topsy turvy day today. All my Zoom meetings doubled in size so I was basically in meetings all day. Tried to eat lunch during my 2.30pm one but it was a bit too intimate so gave up (should have just turned off my video feed!)

So we gave into the chaos and I made our fav Butterscotch self-saucing pudding for dinner!
