Feeling discombobulated!

Communication overload today! Lots of meetings...too many all in one day...all via technology. My daughter showed me a tweet which sums things up perfectly right now:

"you are not working from home; you are at your home during a crisis trying to work"

This is so so true & it really helped to know others are feeling the same way!!! It feels like there's a work pressure & expectation to just carry on as normal...only nothing is normal right now and we are all affected by this. I'm feeling the need for a bit of time to adjust and take stock!

Really needed to get out for today's walk which happened at lunchtime. Feeling so fortunate to have so much open space nearby to breathe and gain some perspective.
