Day 1 of Butakyo exercising ( nose breathing only) . Left nostril kept running and the first 15 mins were really hard, then body starting adjusting slightly and it got easier but I have go very slow, which is normal to start with. Hubs is training to be a practitioner and seeing benefits with his running - so I’m getting free tuition I’ve already been practising Butakyo basics for over 10 years which has revolutionised my asthma and sleep. Can really recommend it.
Lunged the pony and fell asleep watching ‘unorthodox’ - not because it was boring , all that nose breathing has me wrecked !!
Ps - it’s not an April fool , Butakyo is real !!
