Is it Wednesday

If yes it’s bin day. All the days are the same. Couldn’t do exercises this morning as hip was too painful, but I have kept moving all day and only sat for short periods of time and I think that has helped as it was easier to walk Hetty this afternoon and more comfortable this evening. Had a conversation with my brother today. Started a new book and ordered one due out in April.
My plants order due this week now not coming until next week.
The internet is so slow it is even sticking when looking through blips.
This little chap is enjoying the birdbath. I took this through the garden room window so not great, but it made me smile.
