Sourdough

A day when I did not go past the garden gate. Some work for me and some google classroom for KK. I have now put Teenager in charge of the home schooling as I do not have the patience, we shall see how that goes.

Some work as I ease myself into doing things a different way and then I swapped a tomato plant for some broadbean seeds with a neighbour with an exchange taking place via the gatepost,

My husband worked and made this sourdough bread. The starter is a very old one that we have been using for about 6 months, the joy of sourdough is the only ingredient you need is flour as I understand it is difficult to get yeast. Supposed to be healthier too.
