Monte Carlo Rally

Today the Monte Carlo Rally was setting off from Glasgow Green. Last time it was in Glasgow - 2 years ago - it was Blythswood Square. (Last year I believe it was Clydebank).

Certainly there was a lot more space here for the thousands of people who turned up but it was difficult to get decent pictures as I was stuck on the wrong side of the barriers!

Around 40 classic cars out of the starting 100 expect to go the full distance. One of the cars - a Porche 924 Turbo was purchased for £500 on eBay!
