Splendid isolation

Making the most of the good weather with a bracing walk in the sunshine. Skylarks, curlews and peewits all singing, calling and displaying, looking for mates. On the cliffs, the fulmars are back, claiming their ledges, ready to start nesting.

It's a noisy time, but the only sounds are birds, waves and the wind.
